We are a registered union apprenticeship training program with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations and the United States Department of Labor for the trades of Plumber, Pipefitter/Steamfitter, and HVAC Service Technician. Since 1942, we have trained and educated the highest quality apprentices and journeymen in the industry. For over 80 years, we have been the only union apprenticeship program for the United Association of Plumbers, Pipefitters, Welders, and HVACR Service Technicians serving the Central Valley areas of Fresno, Madera, Tulare, and Kings Counties.
The Fresno Area Plumbers, Pipefitters, and HVACR Service Technicians Training Center, in partnership with the United Associations International Training Department, offers individuals seeking a career as an Industrial Plumber, Pipefitter, or HVACR Service Technician the highest quality of education and hands-on training that the Pipe Trades and HVACR Industries have to offer. Because we are directly involved in setting the standards, we hold our apprentices and journeypersons to the highest standards. Giving our contractors a highly skilled and trained workforce to undertake the ever-advancing and growing demands of the building and construction trades. Our highly trained and skilled men and women are essential to providing the country with safe drinking water and clean air, as well as gas and power for our homes and transportation systems.
